iPNet.jar is the user interface in Java. You may find that your system recognize the .jar file
as a .zip file, while it downloads the file. Please change the file extension back to .jar.

ipnet.dll is a program written in C, and complied using Microsoft Visual C++ Toolkit 2003.
It is called by the Java GUI iPNet.jar. Please put ipnet.dll under the same directory as 
iPNet.jar file, or put ipnet.dll into a folder that is in your system path so that iPNet.jar can 
find it.

To run iPNet, JRE2 version 5.0 or above must be installed.

You may need to install Microsoft .NET Framework Version 1.1 Redistributable Package, before
starting the program.

The ipnet.dll must be located in the same folder as the iPNet.jar user interface, or you need to set up environment variables so that iPNet.jar can load the program successfully.
