SPNet.jar is the user interface in Java. You may find that your system recognize the .jar file
as a .zip file, while it downloads the file. Please change the file extension back to .jar.

spnet.dll is a program written in C, and complied using Microsoft Visual C++ Toolkit 2003.
It is called by the Java GUI SPNet.jar. Please put spnet.dll under the same directory as 
SPNet.jar file, or put spnet.dll into a folder that is in your system path so that SPNet.jar can 
find it.

To run SPNet, JRE2 version 5.0 or above must be installed.

You may need to install Microsoft .NET Framework Version 1.1 Redistributable Package, before
starting the program.

The spnet.dll must be located in the same folder as the SPNet.jar user interface, or you need to set up environment variables so that SPNet.jar can load the program successfully.
