BPNet.jar is the user interface in Java. You may find that your system recognize the .jar file
as a .zip file, while it downloads the file. Please change the file extension back to .jar.

bpnet.dll is a program written in C, and complied using Microsoft Visual C++ Toolkit 2003.
It is called by the Java GUI BPNet.jar. Please put bpnet.dll under the same directory as 
BPNet.jar file, or put bpnet.dll into a folder that is in your system path so that BPNet.jar can 
find it.

To run BPNet, JRE2 version 5.0 and above must be installed.

You may need to install Microsoft .NET Framework Version 1.1 Redistributable Package, before
starting the program.

The bpnet.dll must be located in the same folder as the BPNet.jar user interface,
or you need to set up environment variables so that BPNet.jar can load the program successfully.
